kill shot – missing gold on a crash / error

if the game crashes or something happens and your gold balance becomes incorrect the first thing to do is restart the app. if you are using an android device and you do not know how to cold boot/restart the app please ask your device manufacturer or search online for the instructions. if you have an apple device here are the steps to restart:
- tap the home button to return to the dashboard
- double tap the home button to bring up active apps
- hold the kill shot icon with your finger
- close the app
- restart the app
if this does not bring your balance back to normal you can contact us (see below) with a description of the problem, and what device you are playing on.
